These terms cover the website and initial service inquiries. A specific pilot or service is agreed separately in a written offer or agreement.

2. Purpose of the website

The website introduces OEJ OÜ services: planning, configuring, and deploying self-hosted AI agents for companies. The information is general and not a binding offer.

3. Pilots and services

The exact scope, price, timeline, responsibilities, access rights, and data-processing terms for a pilot or service are agreed separately. OEJ OÜ does not make external commitments or changes on behalf of a client without agreed authorization.

4. Data sovereignty and limitations

OEJ OÜ aims to build solutions so that client data stays inside the European Union and the client retains control over its workflows. The technical boundaries depend on the client's existing tools, selected hosting, and agreed integrations.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, design, and other content belong to OEJ OÜ unless stated otherwise. Ownership and usage rights for client work are defined separately in an agreement or offer.

6. Liability

The website is provided with reasonable care, but OEJ OÜ does not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability, warranties, and limitations for services are defined separately.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are preferably resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, in Estonian courts.
